By engaging Spheredenta for dental design and production services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include digital design, manufacturing, and related professional services.

2. Order & Payment

Orders are accepted based on capacity and specification. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise arranged. Rush orders require deposit. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.

3. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days. Express options available. Force majeure events may affect timelines. Rush charges apply for expedited services.

4. Quality Standards

All products meet industry standards. Quality issues reported within 30 days will be addressed. Remake of defective cases at no charge.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs and files remain proprietary. Designs are for dental professional use only. Resale or unauthorized reproduction prohibited.

6. Liability

Spheredenta provides services for dental professionals. Final clinical judgment and patient care responsibility rests with treating dentist. We are not liable for clinical outcomes or patient complications.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated to registered customers. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
